9 months agoI visited the salon at 16:00 with the intention of getting cornrows done, as their online hours indicated they closed at 17:00. However, upon arrival, I was turned away, being told they were closed. This discrepancy between their advertised and actual closing times was disappointing and inconveniencing. Clear communication and adherence to posted hours are essential for customer satisfaction.

2 years agoThe reason for 2 stars 🤩 is because the hairstylist did an exceptional work with my hair. The problem is the owner (Wendy). She failed to explain the error on the advertisement for box braids special. She was talking too loud that she ended up shouting and said "I will not listen to you or even understand your problem", yet I must listen to her in order to understand why what is advertised being charged different when in a salon.

5 months agoI went there for the 1st time just to try out the place and I was impressed with the prices and the friendliness of the staff. It is very affordable and also the effort in making sure ur hairstyle looks proper. Safety was also a plus because when u get in, you need a code so that i can access the salon. There is security at the main gate. I recommend this salon

a year agoI went to get knotless braids on the 24th of Dec ,waited 5 hours for my turn.The Venda lady who did my hair was very rude and she messed up the braids.tried telling her but she insisted on continuing plaiting nonsense on my head 🤮🤮,left the salon with braids that looked like they were 4 weeks old,can't remember the lady's name but she has cracked feet and doesn't use roll on,and she's a slender....But the other hairdressers were a delight i could see other people leave the saloon looking nice
