2 weeks agoThe humps at the gates are too high and damage bumpers of our cars. Taxi drivers don't obey road signs within the mall, others block the gate. Trolleys always lying in the parking, blocking the way especially near the taxi rank making it challenging for cars to pass.

3 years agoWent to Cosmo Mall today with the kids it's was there first time on the bridge and I guess they love it. For me I don't like bridges. The bridge wasn't really clean. In the mall was clean, so was pick n pay. Their services was good👌🏽. Funny things is they don't have sea food, but lovely store. There is a local taxi rank in the mall and next door to the mall there is also a taxi rank for further places. And there is McDonald's near by lovely. Next place I'm going is their McDonald's. Thank you❤️.

a month agoWow!! What an experience from the staff members and even the manager at Heyllo shop cosmo mall. I went there doing shopping with my young sister doing shopping. After payment they accused my sister of stealing they said they want to search her. What surprises me is they said they are not the one seeing her stealing but it was one of the customers. I was so frustrated my young sister is pregnant. How come you suspect someone because another customer say this. You must hire educated stuff who are professional and eager to work with people. The service from the stuff was very bad, I was so angry and it didn't touches me well. My young sister now she is sick because of the false accusation. Heyllo stuff you must change your attitude over your customers and don't ever look down upon customers. I might look poor in your eyes but you don't know my bank account.
