6 months agoWent to see the Dr yesterday and Dr prescribed meds for when I got the pharmacy was given wrong strength of the antibiotic as i was very sick only noticed when I got home tried calling the pharmacy with no answer sent email no answer this morning i called the pharmacy again the person I got told itaim sick i cant but what really upset me is the fact that he didn't even sound apologetic about the mistake they did im so disappointed in that Pharmacy the same thing even thou its different strength when I told him its not he told me to bring back im so disappointed in the pharmacy and for the record im also a pharmacist and I know the difference

a year agoThis medical center has been very consistent on time. Opening at 8am and doctors starting at 8:30 is so significant in the busy schedule of Jhb city life. I don't stay in Cosmo city but i alwsys don't mind driving to this medical center. Good service.

2 years agoI got excellent service from the dentist. On the first of March, I went to see the dentist, they welcomed me with a smile and attended me immediately. Therefore, I was told to come the following week because my tooth infection was very bad.... I went there the following week and told the dentist that I didn't have enough cash, he said "it's ok because he saw how weak I was, then started the process....even though he was struggling, he continued patiently and started praying for me until he managed to remove my wisdom tooth. I was very pleased with the service because he showed passion and I didn't even feel pain. And by the Grace of God, I was not even charged for consultation. God bless you endlessly!!!

3 years agoService standards have dropped significantly. Firstly the medical center opens at 8am. When you get there at 8am there's no receptionist and you have to wait for them to arrive. Usually they arrive at 8:10+-. When the receptionists arrive you still need to give them time to get ready for work. In total the center is opened at 8:15+-. Then the doctor arrive at their earliest convenience that can be at 9 or 10 all you do is wait sadly. I no longer see the difference between coming to this medicine center and going to a government clinic. There really seems to be no difference except the fact that I have to pay R490 at this medical center. My advice, if there is an alternative visit the alternative. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
