3 months agoElectricity is an issue here and Jhc isjust turning a blind eye. Sometimes there'll be no power for 3 days and "only our street". Most of days we'll have power cuts for 5 to 6 hours without any communication, again "only our street".

10 months agoHlanganani gardens is a very bad place I don’t recommend it for anyone trust me No service, securities get bribe and the caretaker dates tenants , we have a tenant since 2021 he makes noise around 3:00am with music and girls when you go tell the securities they don’t do anything and even the caretaker so guy’s hlanganani doesn’t have a good service they don’t value their rules that they preach As I am speaking I went to the securities this guy started making noise with music and girls ,what did the security do nothing since 2021 having the same problem, we have records and videos but no attendance So I don’t recommend this place for anyone theys rules here after 22:00 no visitors but wow this guy comes with girls and friends how do the securities allow that , after 22:00 no loud music but he comes at 3:00 am and makes noise with music

2 years agoI have a mixed feelings about this place. Pros: - I found the place interesting because it brings the suburb flavour in the kasi. Plus the security was ok given the fact that Cosmo City in general has a high crime rate. Cons: Constant DStv connection and plumbing problems. The parking is terrible is like you are parked in a mall and the other guy one-day hit my car at the parking and security said they wont interfere on that. And the billing is insane they add a lot of stuff in the bill like parking, how can you pay for a parking.

6 years agoOne of the most safest areas in Cosmo city, best area to raise a child. It is very clean not forgetting that its well designed with children after facilities and playground. Has finger print access gate. They have one of the best maintenance team, and the care taker is very friendly and he knows his work.
