7 months agoDon’t waste your time renting from them. If I could rate them a 0 star. They give me a unit that already have issues , I have asked countless of times for them to fix them but never did, when I moved out they took all my deposit claiming the fixed the damages that I initial found there. They even make up their own charges, by saying that the curtain rail had to be replaced whilst I left it in perfect condition, and the building manger confirmed.

a month agoThis has to be the worst complex I have ever seen,big rats 🐱running around,poor maintenance,battle of parking since there’s no fixed parking slots.No code rule at the gate,gates always experience technical issues.its more of a hostel than a complex.

a year agoWe face frequent water and electricity outages that disrupt our daily routines and are often without prior notice. The area is inadequately maintained, and the state of cleanliness is not up to the standards we expect. Residents have reported exceptionally high electricity bills that do not seem to align with our consumption patterns. Children playing in the parking lot do dents on your car. Unclear water metering! Do not consider moving into this place it’s more costly to stay here!

a year agoWorst place ever! Zero maintenance! Don't get me started on the unexpected power and water outages we have been experiencing this whole year! We go for weeks without water and electricity and nothing will be done to help better the situation. We have very big Solar panels in the complex but they are just there, they never work! DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE, IT'S REALLY BAD!

a year agoWorst place to stay in. No value for your money. The electricity is very expensive, you get charged a daily charge everyday whether you use the electricity or not. No maintenance is done, been complaining about broken doors even before I moved in. Water cuts, cable theft every week. The management of this place don't care about the tenants they just want to take the money at the end of the month. Promised wifi and backup power is a lie. Super disappointed in the service. Don't recommend this place at all
